A dash of a drama, a pinch of pain, a hint of heartache. If you haven’t figured it out by all of the intentional use of puns, this blog is about food, all of the stories that it tells and all of the emotions they it evokes.

Food, or rather my love of food has shaped every aspect of my life. Working with and around food has been my life’s greatest ambition, but also the source of the most humbling disappointments. For me, food is family and love, but it has defined me professionally as well. As a business owner, working with food is the origin of my life’s most valuable lessons. For the purposes this website, however, those experiences are also a never ending source of inspiration and creativity. They are the catalyst for my wildest stories and the unnecessary melodrama in my life.

So yes, this is another blog about food, but it is also a real life, real time account of learning, loving, giving and growing. It helps tell a story about where I came from and what matters to me.

Some will find this content informative as I hope to share some knowledge about cooking but also the business of cooking. I hope my posts feel authentic and insightful, but most importantly, I hope you will find them amusing as I recount my stories that are all sprinkled with a dash of drama.
